Shipping & Returns

Returns Policy

You may return most new, unopened items within 7 days of delivery for a refund. We do not provide prepaid return labels. You are responsible for the shipping costs to return. We will however cover the shipping cost if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

To receive a full refund, items must be unworn, unwashed, and have original tags attached and returned in their original packaging.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items must be reported within 3 days of delivery and must be received within 14 days of delivery. Please email us photo evidence of such product(s) to info@cesluxfashion.com

We recommend getting a tracking number for your return as we cannot guarantee your item will be received.

All Sale items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned.

NOTE: No in-person returns will be accepted.

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. 

If you need to return an item, please Contact Us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order.



Shipping Policy

We can ship to virtually any address in the United States. At this moment, we do not offer international shipping.

Standard Shipping: $7.99

Please allow 3-5 business days for domestic shipping. To assure your package arrives on time, please make sure your address is entered correctly and includes all required information. CesLux Fashion is not responsible for lost, stolen, incorrect address, or misplaced packages. Once a package has left our facility, and in the hands of the post office we have no control over the package.
